Wild Yam Extract joins glycerin, propanediol, sodium hyaluronate, squalane, ceramides NP, AP and EOP, niacinamide, Centella asiatica and emollient oils. Together they are chosen for moisturising, softening and barrier comfort. Explore the ingredient roles.
What 10 and 20 mean
These are the percentages of the complete supplied Wild Yam Extract material added to each formula. They are not percentages of isolated diosgenin or pure Dioscorea villosa root extract. Read our full explanation.
How to use
Apply one pump to clean, dry skin; use two for face, neck and décolletage together. MenoCore 10 suits the morning before SPF, and MenoCore 20 suits the evening. Either can be used morning and evening on its own. Explore the ritual.
Ingredient transparency
No separate parfum ingredient is added. The Wild Yam Extract material contains thyme oil, and the formula lists fragrance allergens including linalool and limonene. We do not call the finished cream fragrance-free or essential oil-free. The full INCI will be shown with the final approved product labelling.

Breathe in for four seconds, hold for four, and breathe out for six.
Apply
Use one pump, or two for face, neck and décolletage together. Warm between your fingertips, then press and sweep upward.
Repeat
Choose 10 in the morning and 20 in the evening, or use either cream twice daily on its own.

What do 10 and 20 mean?
They refer to the percentage of the complete supplied Wild Yam Extract material added to the respective formula. They do not mean 10% or 20% isolated diosgenin.
Can I use MenoCore on my body?
Yes. It is designed for face, neck, décolletage and body. Use an amount that suits the area you are caring for.
Do I need both formulas?
No. MenoCore 10 has a lighter morning feel and MenoCore 20 a richer evening feel, but either may be used morning and evening on its own.
Does it contain fragrance?
No separate parfum ingredient is added. The Wild Yam Extract material contains thyme oil, and the formula lists fragrance allergens, so we do not call it fragrance-free.
What is the returns policy?
Unused products in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened and used products cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@aeshah.com.
