Wild yam attracts big promises. We built MenoCore for skin changing through perimenopause and menopause, and we want you to know exactly what our formula contains and what we can responsibly say about it. Here are the answers we would want before buying.

What do 10 and 20 mean?
MenoCore 10 contains 10% of the supplied Wild Yam Extract material in the complete formula. MenoCore 20 contains 20%. The numbers refer to the total extract material added, not to pure diosgenin or pure Dioscorea villosa root extract within that material.
The botanical component makes up only part of the supplied extract. We disclose the distinction because the two percentages should never be confused.
What does wild yam do?
Wild yam has an interesting research story for skin. Laboratory work on compounds such as diosgenin explores possible skin cell pathways, but it cannot establish what this finished cream does on human skin. We formulate MenoCore around hydration, skin comfort and barrier support, with complementary ingredients chosen for those roles.
A small randomised study of topical wild yam cream did not find a significant change in circulating hormone levels or menopausal symptoms. We do not claim that MenoCore balances hormones or acts as HRT. Explore the research.
What does “no added parfum” mean?
We have not added a separate parfum ingredient to MenoCore. The Wild Yam Extract material does contain thyme oil, and the ingredient list identifies fragrance allergens including linalool and limonene. We therefore do not describe the finished cream as fragrance-free, essential oil-free or scent-free.
How do you decide what to say?
We distinguish published ingredient research from results shown for a finished product. We identify laboratory findings as laboratory findings and avoid “clinically proven” unless a clinical study supports the specific finished-formula claim. Contact hello@aeshah.com with your order details. We offer a 30-day return on unused products in their original condition. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will put it right. Your statutory consumer rights also apply.
